American capital.
Latin American operations.
A technology no one else has.
Think Energy Holdings is a U.S.-incorporated oil and gas group led by a board with direct upstream experience across Latin America, Europe and North America — and backed by a patented processing technology that adds downstream value to every barrel the group develops.
Built on experience.
Backed by American capital.
Think Energy Holdings Inc. is a privately held, Delaware-incorporated oil and gas group with American capital and a board that has spent decades working in the upstream sector across Latin America, North America, and Europe. The company was founded on a straightforward premise: that the most valuable position in energy is held by the operator who controls not just what comes out of the ground, but what happens to it next.
We are not a technology company that stumbled into oil and gas. We are an oil and gas group that developed a technology to extract more value from every barrel we produce.
The group's board brings together executives with direct experience in field acquisition, drilling and workover operations, upstream capital markets, and international E&P strategy. Its members have led publicly listed energy companies, served on boards of producing operators, and executed transactions across multiple jurisdictions in Latin America and beyond. That track record is not incidental to what Think Energy is — it is the foundation on which the company is built.
Think Energy is actively evaluating field acquisition opportunities across Central America and South America, seeking the right upstream partners and producing assets where the group's integrated model creates the clearest advantage. The company is not looking to buy any field. It is looking for the right fields — ones where combining experienced upstream management with a proprietary on-site processing technology produces an outcome that neither could achieve independently.
The group's patented crude processing technology has produced over four million gallons of diesel and fuel oil through active field installations. That track record of operational proof, combined with the board's upstream credentials and American capital structure, is what Think Energy brings to every conversation about field acquisition and upstream partnership in the region.
People who have done this before.
Greg brings over 30 years of executive leadership in the oil, gas and mining sectors across North America, Latin America and Europe. He has served as CEO of Endomines AB, Executive Chairman of Petrolatina Energy PLC, Chairman of Powder River Basin Gas Corporation, and Executive Chairman and CEO of International Consolidated Minerals.
His career spans public company leadership, board governance, and capital markets execution across multiple jurisdictions. He has led acquisitions, operational turnarounds, and strategic exits in the energy and resource sectors, and brings to Think Energy both the institutional credibility and the hands-on upstream experience the group's strategy requires.
Jeremy is a former investment banker with deep expertise in equity capital markets and mergers and acquisitions, with extensive experience advising energy companies on financing strategy and transactional execution. He has served in senior advisory and administrative roles for resource-sector companies across multiple geographies.
At Think Energy, Jeremy plays an active role in the administration and finance function of the company, bringing financial discipline and capital markets experience to the group's expansion strategy.
Tim has 25 years of experience across public and private capital markets, including positions at Surveyor Capital — a division of Citadel — Pioneer Investments, and BMO Capital Markets. He holds the CFA designation and has structured and executed transactions in the energy and resource sectors across institutional and private market contexts.
At Think Energy, Tim leads the group's capital markets architecture, investor relations strategy, and digital asset structure, including the THNK token listed on Liquidity.io.

He has a track record of building upstream operations from early stage to cash-flow positive, and executing exits through mergers and acquisitions across multiple Latin American jurisdictions.
He leads Think Energy's expansion strategy across the Americas, managing institutional investor relationships and field acquisition discussions in Colombia, Central America, and the broader region. He led the group's multi-country investor roadshow in Brazil and Argentina.
Gonzalo brings more than 30 years of direct operational experience in drilling, workover, and production across Latin America and internationally. He has held senior operational roles at Schlumberger, Petrobras, Petrominerales, and Perenco, working across onshore and offshore environments in multiple countries.
At Think Energy, Gonzalo leads all field operations and plant deployment activities, serving as the technical authority on crude processing, installation commissioning, and operational performance across the group's active and future assets.
A technology no other
operator brings to the field.
And it is patented.
Think Energy holds a patented organic chemical process that converts crude oil and condensates into ultra-low-sulfur diesel and fuel oil at the point of production. This is not an engineering configuration that a competitor can replicate from available components. It is a protected chemical reaction developed and refined through years of field operation.
Every field Think Energy develops comes with this advantage built in. Rather than extracting crude and selling it at commodity price to be refined elsewhere, the group captures the downstream margin from the same barrel — on-site, with a deployable plant that requires no pipeline and no centralized infrastructure.
That combination — experienced upstream team, American capital, and a patented processing technology — is what makes Think Energy a different kind of E&P partner for any operator, landholder, or investor evaluating the region.
Think Energy proprietary processing flow. Input: crude oil or condensate. Output: ultra-low-sulfur diesel and fuel oil. No combustion. No distillation towers.
