About Think Energy Holdings

The crude is there. We built the plant to match.

Crude oil is produced where pipelines end and roads run out. We built a modular processing plant that converts it there — eliminating the logistics chain between the resource and the fuel.

Our Story

Built around
one observation. The gap was too big.

Crude oil is extracted in remote regions. Refined fuel is trucked back in from centralized facilities hundreds of kilometers away. The operator pays for both the commodity and the logistics chain that separates them.

Think Energy Holdings was founded on the premise that this gap should not exist. If crude is already at the source, the processing should happen there too — at the wellhead, at the mine site, at the point of industrial use — not at a centralized facility designed for a different era of energy infrastructure.

We developed a proprietary modular processing technology that converts crude oil and condensates into high-quality, low-sulfur diesel products on-site. No pipelines to distant refineries. No logistics premium. No supply chain dependency. The plant deploys in 90 days, scales as demand grows, and produces fuel that meets the strictest international standards — including the IMO MARPOL 0.5% sulfur cap for marine use.

Today Think Energy is expanding across Latin America, Africa, and the United States, working with oil and gas producers, power generators, mining operations, and industrial operators who are done paying market rate for fuel they could be producing themselves.

Emissions Performance
30–50% CO₂ Reduction
Our chemical process reduces CO2 emissions by 30 to 50 percent per barrel processed compared to traditional refining. It also eliminates toxic H2S, ensuring compliance with global regulations while delivering fuels with higher energy efficiency.
Who We Serve

Built for operators who need fuel where they work.

Our technology is designed for industries where diesel is critical, logistics are expensive, and supply chain dependency is a risk they can eliminate.

Mining & Industrial
Remote mining operations run continuous fleets of heavy equipment on diesel. On-site processing eliminates the logistics premium and supply interruption risk that come with fuel trucked from distant terminals.
High-volume diesel consumers
Power Generation
Operators running diesel generators in Non-Interconnected Zones pay some of the highest effective electricity costs on the planet. Processing crude on-site transforms fuel from a cost driver into a controlled operational input.
Remote & off-grid operations
Maritime
Our technology produces ultra-low-sulfur marine fuel that meets the IMO MARPOL 0.5% sulfur cap — validated by Texas A&M University. For operators near offshore production, on-site processing is a direct alternative to purchasing bunker fuel at market price.
MARPOL 0.5% compliant fuel
Oil & Gas Producers
Producers with associated condensate they currently sell at a discount or flare can convert that feedstock into refined fuel on-site — capturing downstream value from a resource they already own, without additional infrastructure investment.
Condensate & crude monetization

If your operation has access to crude or condensate and runs on purchased diesel — Think Energy can show you exactly what on-site processing would cost versus what you are paying today.
